What is Wood Polymer Composite (WPC)?

A combination of wood fibers, with an environmentally friendly thermoplastic binding agent.
These two components are fused through extrusion which subjects them to pressure and temperature sufficient to produce the innovative.

How is WPC Produced?

Our in-house production of WPC employs a fine wood waste (such as hardwood, softwood, plywood, peanut hull, bamboo, straw, etc) mixed with various polymers (PP, PE, PVC).
The material is then extruded to the desired shape.
The material extruded can be formed into both solid and hollow profiles.
Wood/polymer composite lumber typically consists of a 50/50 mix of wood dust, and waste plastics that include high density polyethylene, PVC and others.
The plastic encapsulates and binds the wood together to resist moisturepenetration and degradation from fungal rot.

Working and Cleaning!

The WPC profiles can be sawn, routed, or drilled using typical wood working tools.
WPC can be cleaned simply with water and soup in case of dirt.

Hygienic Protection!

Lasting protection against bacteria and fungus.
WPC profiles are permanently protected again est "attackers" such as mould, as has been tested by scientific studies.
