KCC has been established in 2005 in Dubai as L.L.C taking care of construction works, has two engineers and 65 work forces and utilized on the following projects:
however we have our subcontractor to support us such as MEP, Landscape, and water proofing contractors.
We have hand over List of projects:

1. As a Main Contractor:
   1. 5 Villas, 4 handed over and 1 under construction – Dubai
   2. DIP warehouse & Office Block under construction with value of 12.500,000 Dhs
   3. Labor accommodation - DIP under Tendering
   4. Global Village Administration Offices – Under tendering
   5. Outdoor singes (steel st. work) 3 nos. in Dubai Technologies Co.
2. Maintenance Department (Finished the following projects):
   1. Ministry of Defense maintenance and renovation work in Dubai
   2. Ministry of Public Work in Dubai, Al Rashideh (School, Hospital)
